We are committed to extending the life cycle of premium formalwear and reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Our returns policy is designed to be fair to our customers while remaining mindful of our collective carbon footprint.
Our Sustainability Commitment
Online returns are a significant contributor to global carbon emissions due to the additional transport, packaging, and processing required. To align with our mission of sustainability, we encourage mindful shopping. We provide detailed measurements and condition reports for every piece to help you find the perfect fit the first time.
To support our sustainable style journey and discourage unnecessary transit, a deduction of £3 will be made from all refunds to contribute toward the cost of the return.
Key Return Terms
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To ensure a seamless return process, please note the following eligibility criteria:

Condition: items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
- New items: must be unworn and unused
- Preowned items: must show no additional signs of wear beyond what was noted in the original listing.
- Tags and Packaging: the resuited return tag must remain attached. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (e.g. suit covers, hangers, spare buttons) provided at the time of sale.
- Exclusions: we do not accept returns or provide refunds for gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Request: email us at contact@resuited.co.uk within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid return label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note: returns must be sent using our authorised prepaid label to ensure tracking and safe delivery.
Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: once your return reaches us, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- Original Delivery Charges: initial delivery costs are non-refundable, except in instances where resuited is at fault (e.g. there was an undisclosed defect).
- Timeline: approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to clear the transaction to your account.
Please note: if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or with the return tag removed, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and may send the item back to you at your expense.
